The Majority Decision (Alito) and the Dissent (Bader Ginsberg) in the Supreme Court's Hotel Lobby Case

Here is the Majority Decision Authored by Justice Alito in the Supreme Court's Hotel Lobby Birth Control Case

Justice Ginsberg obviously has very strong views of the majority decision in the Hotel Lobby case, authored by Justice Alito.

Disingenuous - and Disturbing
Here is Justice Ginsberg's Dissent in the Supreme Court's Hotel Lobby Contraception Case

Justice Ginsberg's feelings were so strong, in fact, that she wrote a 35 page dissenting opinion.

Thought Provoking
I have collected a number of thoughtful opinions and views on the decision, which by and large condemn it as a disturbing example of judicial activism. I hope you will find them worth your time.
